Quality Assurance

From Orchard to Reefer

Every lot is maturity-tested, graded and cold-chained so it ripens evenly at destination.

  1. 01

    Maturity Testing

    Orchard blocks are sampled for dry matter before harvest — fruit is only picked once it meets the export maturity standard.

  2. 02

    Careful Harvesting

    Hand-clipped with a short stem, placed in padded field crates and moved to the packhouse the same day.

  3. 03

    Packhouse Grading

    Washed, brushed, graded by class and sized by count, then packed into 4kg cartons and phytosanitary-inspected.

  4. 04

    Cold Chain Shipping

    Pre-cooled and loaded into temperature-controlled reefers at 5–7°C with data loggers for the full sea voyage.
